Why do high-end cars adopt double wishbone or multi link suspension

multi-link suspension rather than MacPherson suspension. While MacPherson
suspension is also a type of independent suspension, it inherently lacks
constraints in its structure, resulting in poor performance under specific road
conditions. This is one of the reasons why many car enthusiasts criticize the
Lexus ES series. At the press conference, the President of Huawei's Automotive
BU, Yu Chengdong, claimed that their vehicle uses a double-wishbone suspension
comparable to million-dollar cars, which may be considered as "misleading" to
some extent. However, objectively speaking, the advantages of double-wishbone
and multi-link suspensions are also evident.
